豪华游船预定条款

旅客可能被拒绝登船 Tourists may be refused checking in:

1． 游客在经过船长的评鉴之后，将有权利拒绝不适合旅游、会对自己或其他旅客产生危险、及其他企图制造他人生命危险等之旅客登船或要求旅客离船，游船将不退费亦不负任何理赔责任。

1. After the comments of the captain to the tourists, the captain has the right to refuse those (who are not suitable for visit, may be dangerous to themselves or others, as well as making dangers to others' lives) getting on board. And the cruise company will not return any fee or undertake any compensation responsibility.

2． 游船客房只作为住宿用途，赌博及其他违反中国法律之行为，游船将不予准许。

2. The rooms on board are just for accommodations, gambling or other activities which are against Chinese laws, must not be taken place on board.

3. 对于有意损坏游船财物、损害游船利益、破坏游船秩序者，游船有收回其客房之权利，并将其列为"不收欢迎的宾客"，拒绝接待，并逐其离船。

3. For those who destroy the belongings, benefits of the cruise or damage the orders on board, our cruise company have the right to take back their rooms, and listed them as "Unwelcome Guests". The cruise company will refuse accepting them and expel them to leave the boat.
